Mr. and Mrs. William A. Curtis of Clinton, Maryland and Washington, Va. announce the engagement of their daugh ter Susan Anne to David Charles Collins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Collins of Pittman, New Jersey. Miss Curtis is the granddaughter of Hugh J. Racer and the late Susan Ethel Racer. Miss Curtis is a graduate of Surrattsville High School and attended the University of Maryland. She is presently employed with American Avia non Publications in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Collins is a graduate of Pittman High School. He is planning to enter his senior year at University of Maryland in the fall.
The wedding will take place in September.
