NOTICE TO THE Pl’BLIC The Commission of (lame and Inland Fisheries at a meeting held in Richmond, Virginia, on June 28, 1967, adopted the following regulation pursuant to sections 29-125, 29-126 and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia.

CHAPTER 3. Bear. R.t-2. Except as provided by local legislation, it shall be lawful to hunt bear from the second Monday in November through December 23, both latcs inclusive, in the counties west • f the Blue Ridge Mountains. This shall become effective July 15, 1967.
