three children, Richard, Ann and Malynne, all of Winchester Also surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Hughes, Oak Hill, W. Va. and one sister, Mrs. Vernon Stratton, South Charleston, W. Va. A funeral service was held at First Presbyterian Church in Winchester on Tuesday at 2 p.m. with interment at Shen andoah Memorial Park.

] Funeral service will be held S Friday 2 p.m. at the Second , Robinson Baptist Church, Williamsburg, Madison Co., Va. .with Elder James Bailey offiI dating. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Lillie G. Timbers; six daughters Miss Bessie Timbers; Miss Viola Timbers; Mrs. Florence Lindsay; Mrs Euola Butler; Mrs. Elizabeth Aikens; and Mrs. Odell Carter. Two sons Wadell and Smith Timbers. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The Marshall Funeral Service is in charge of arrangement.
