failed to stop at the scene, but it was believed to be a green Ford Fairlane. A minor crash involving a 56 Dodge pickup operated by James Fortune and owned by Orkin Exterminators of Charlottesville occurred July 13 about 3:50 p.m. on Route 621 near Woodville. According to Trooper W. A. Buntin, Fortune cut to the right of the road to avoid striking a 66 Chevrolet pickup operated by Garfield Burke of Woodville which was entering Route 621 from a driveway. The Fortune vehicle struck the bank and a tree on the right of the road. Damage was estimated at $300 to the Dodge and the driver was not injured. Burke received no damage to the Chevrolet, owned by his father Weldon Burke of Woodville, said Mr. Buntin.
