Edwin M. Eastman, Huntly, has been elected to membership in the American Angus Association at St. Joseph, Missouri, announces Glen Bratcher, secretary. There were 438 memberships issued to breeders of registered Aberdeen-Angus in the United States during the past month.

Saturday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer were Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Jacobs and son Ricky of Warrenton and Mrs. Gordon Payne of Madison. Shirley Brown of Bethesda, Md. spent the weekend with her mother, Mrs. Catherine Brown and they were joined on Sunday by Misti and Dottie Wolfington of San Diego, Calif, who were associates of Miss Brown at the University of California last fall. Sunday they toured the Luray Caverns. Weekend guests of Mrs. Delia Leake were Mr. and Mrs. William Dodson and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Hart of Baltimore.
