Registration Dates
First grade pupils who have not registered for the 196768 session and pupils not enrolled in the Rappahannock County Public Schools last year may register at the Rappahannock County High School on August 15, 16 and 17, 9 a. m. to 4 p. m. Children eligible to enroll are urged to report during this registration period in order to avoid the busy schedule of opening day. Parents of first graders should present the child’s birth certificate at time of registration. Pupils who have attended school outside Rappa hannock County should bring the latest report card. First graders should present evidence of successful vaccination.
State Law provides that a child i must reach his *,<xtf! birthday on or before October 1 in order to be eligible tc enter the first grade in that school year.
