RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY: Edd Scott (Charles Edd Scott)
vs. R. D. Scott et als
The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise off the real property containing acres, more or less, located in Jackson Magisterial District, near View-town, in Rappahannock County, State of Virginia, of which Delia Annie Scott (Cordelia Scott) died seized and possessed; and to ascertain the amount of permanent improvements placed on the said land by Edd Scott.
And affidavit having been made and filed that the last known address of R. D. Scott was 3340 Frazier View Drive, Memphis Tennessee 38127; and the last known address of Elbert Scott, George Scott, Ralph Scott and Walter Scott was Memphis, Tennessee.
It is ordered that the said nonresident defendants namely: R. D. Scott, Elbert Scott, George Scott, Ralph Scott and Walter Scott do appear within ten days after due publication of this order, and do what is necessary to protect their interest.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be j published once a week for four sue- : cessive weeks in the Rappahannock ; News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannpck, State of Virginia.
