Mr. and Mrs. William Mlnter of Warrenton and Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Burner were Sunday guests of Mrs. James Sea lock and family. Mr. and Mrs. John Tapp and Mrs. Eugene Kritz left by plane from Dulles Airport last night for San Mateo, Calif, where they will attend the wedding Saturday of William Tapp to Miss Patricia Lee Jacobsen.

Miss Sharon Clark of Roanoke was the guest last week of Dr. and Mrs. N. A. Laing at Bunree Farm. 'Guests for the weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Ernie Carrol and son John of Powhatan. Clara, Vicki and Robin Laing left yesterday for New York where they will visit their grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Carl Benson, returning home Sunday. Kathleen Laing was an overnight visitor Monday of Mr. and Mrs. D. G. La ingin Washington, D. C. Visitors Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Poling were Mr. and Mrs. P. A. Poling of Alexandria, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Poling and children of! Dearborn, Mich. Mrs. Esther Rucker and Mrs. James Wigglesworth of Arlington and j Richard Harding, Washington, D. C. Mrs. Charlie Compton and I Mrs. Joseph Button of Jeffer- I sonton were in Arlington last; Monday to visit Mr. and Mrs.! Cecil Rosenberger. Mrs. Walter Robinson of Blacksburg is visiting her mother Mrs. W. R. Bowen and Mr. Bowen. Monday they were guests of Mrs. A. C. Latham and with her visited Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Payne and son Billy.

Miss Phoebe Green of Williamsburg is spending this week at her home here and on Sunday visited Mrs. Odessa Ficklin. Other visitors Monday of Mrs. Ficklin were Mr. and Mrs. Jack Fielder and daughter Laura of Lynchburg, the Rev. and Mrs. W. A. Layman of Jeffersonton and Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Greenland son C. M. Mrs. Robert B. Settle and daughters Pamela and Sharon, accompanied by Mrs. Clarence A. Settle and daughters Ruth and Lydia and Mrs. W. J.
