Defendants The object of this suit is to partition title to the lands of Susan Brooks a k/a Susan Carter to two certain tracts of land in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land, one tract containing one (1) aere, more or less, and the other tract containing eleven and one-quarter (11.25) acres, more or less, as more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.

An affidavit having been made and tiled that the following are not re>idents of the State of Virginia, and that the last known post office addresses are correctly set forth opj osite their names listed below;
