It is ordered that the said nonresident defendants, Grace Sloan Davis, Henry Turner Sloan, David Sloan, Anna Sloan Martin, Luella Sloan Brown, Ethel Sloan, Adelaide Sloan, Charles Sloan, Roberta Sloan Chavis, and Ycrmie Sloan Meade, and the said persons made Defendants by the general description of “Parties Unknown”, do appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
