The landscaping, which is near completion, will be as near as possible the way it appeared when the settlers arrived in 1619. There will be laurel and white flowering dogwood, and pine, sycamore, bayberry, cedar, willow oak, and magnolia trees. Around the stage will be clumps of river birch.
