Vacation in Mexico
Mr. and Mrs. P. Lee Thornton of Sperryville left yesterday by plane for Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for a five-day holiday. The trip was awarded Mr. Thornton Manager of the Rappahannock Farmers’ Cooperative, by the Pfizer Pharmaceutical Company whose products are distributed by this firm.
The Thorntons were joined by Mr. and Mrs. James Cornett anc Mr. and Mrs. E. Douglas Smoot all of Culpeper and Mr. and Mrs David Groves of Remington. Mr Cornett is general manager of the Culpeper and area Co-Ops anc Mr. Smoot is in charge of feec operations for the plants. Mr Groves' is manager of thi Remington Farmers’ Co-op.
Puerto Vallarta is a noted game Fishing resort on the Pacific Ocean. The vacationers wil return home Sunday night.
