A Father s Day picnic was held Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Corbin and family at Hart wood. Attending were Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Foster, Mr. and Mrs. Gavor Foster and son Chris, Mrs. Ertha Corbin of Arlington, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Foster, Sharon and Sandra Foster, Tommie Williams and Mr. and Mrs. Claude Foster. Mr. and Mrs. James Vest and three children were visitors Sunday of Mrs. Vest’s father John S. Dodson in Sperryville. Other guests in the Dodson home were Mr. and Mrs. Donnie Good and two children of Stanley. James Vest was an overnight guest Friday of Mr. and Mrs. Galley W. Smith in Norfolk Mrs. E.M. Eastham who is spending some time with her son Dr. Edward Eastham and Mrs. Eastham in Front Royal spent Sunday with her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. M.R. Bradford, Jr.
Mrs. Ida Trump with her brother-in-law and sister Mr. and Mrs. George Candy of Washington, D.C. spent several days last week visiting the Hershey Gardens in Hershey, Pa.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Nichols and -hree sons spent Sunday afternoon at the home of Mrs Nichols’ parents Mr. and Mrs. W.L. Golladay in Woodstock.
Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Carson Lillard were Miss Judy Dillard of Wheaton, Md., Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Lillard of CastJeton and Danny Lillard of ^nnandale.
