The Amissville Methodist Church was the scene of the marriage of Miss Sharon Gayle Suter to Kenneth Ray Bywaters on Sunday, June 8, 1969 at one o’clock in the afternoon. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Suter and the bridegroom the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Bywaters, all of Amissville. Mrs. Russell Hackley and Mrs. W. C. Green of Amissville are the grandmothers of the bride and groom respectively.

The marriage was performed by the Rev. William A. Layman before an altar decorated with arrangements of white mixed flowers. Mrs. Layman was organist and accompanied Miss Sue Green of Culpeper who was soloist. \it\l IV
