“Spray cans are a boon. Use them carefully,” cautioned Frank Raflo, President of the Tuberculosis Association, “for sprays can also be dangerous.”
This week the Tuberculosis & Health Association of Northern Virginia has mailed leaflets and posters on “chemical sprays” to approximately 100 industries in the area.
“Are you a small print reader?” asked Mr. Raflo. “ty’s a good idea, especially when you’re using a chemical spray for any purpose.”
Medicinal sprays, hair sprays, plant fungicides, paints, insecticides can be useful and harmless when properly handled. But, improper use may result in damage to eyes, to skin, to lungs or other breathing organs.”
Modern aerial cameras can pinpoint objects smaller than a compact car from altitudes of 100 to 300 miles, National Geographic says.
