Sandra Kaye Foster, 19, a sophomore at Longwood College, is participating In the work-study program sponsored by that college and the V.P.I. Extension Cooperative Extension Service. She will be working with youth in Rappahannock County and with low income groups here, under the supervision of Mias Judy Buxtner, Extension Agent Home Economics in the county. Sandra is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Foster of Flint Hill.
