In accordance with Provisions o Section 128 of Title 23 — Highways United States Code, as amended and Policy and Procedure Memo randum 20-8, a Combined Locatioi and Design Public Hearing will b held on July 8, 1969 by « Repre sentative of the Department o Highways, in- the Volunteer Fir Hall at Amissville, Virginia, a 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Sa,v ing Time, for the purpose of con sidering the Proposed Location an. Design of Route 211, from 3.86 Miles West of the Rappahannock Culpeper County Line, to the Rap pahannock-Culpeper County Line.
Maps, drawings and other perti nent information are available fo public inspection and copying ii the Department of Highways Dis trict Office at Culpeper, * »g.nit and the Residency Office at War renton, Virginia.
Written statements and othe exhibits relative to the propose project may be presented in plac of, or in addition to, oral state ments at the public hearing. Sue1 written statements and exhibit may also be submitted to the Vir ginia Department of Highways a anytime up to ten days after th public hearing.
At this public hearing, Relocatioi Assistance Programs and tentativ schedules for right of way acquisi tion and construction will also b discussed.
