Mrs. Frances Williams
Mrs. Frances Virginia Williams af Washington, Va. died June 22, 1969 at the University of Virginia Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Mary Starks Gatewood and the late Harrison Gatewood. She was 36 years old. Survivors include her husband, Robert Lee Williams; nine children, Anna Rose, James Ralph, Arnetia Elizabeth, Bruce, Arthur McKinley, Betty Ann, Joyce Patricia, Rebecca Marie and Robert Lee Williams Jr. Six sisters and three brothers also survive.
A funeral service was held Thursday from Promised Land Baptist Church in Gid Brown Hollow with the Rev. Robert Ausberry officiating. Interment was in the family cemetery near Washington.
