Robert L. Massie, Jr., son of Mrs. Frank W. Spalding of Flint Hill has been appointed by the Richmond School Board as Supervisor of Special Education for the Richmond city schools. Mr. Massie is a graduate of Rappahannock County High School. He received his AB degree from the University of Richmond, his MA degree from Michigan State University and has completed advanced graduate work at the University of Maryland.
