The Woodville Home Demonstration Club met at the home of Mrs. Amos Butlei Tuesday evening. “Maintaining Good Mental Health" was the program topic.
On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson and Mrs. Jewelle Magarity attended the Mt Lebanon and New Salem Sunday School picnic at Graves Mountain Lodge.
Tech. Sgt. Ralph Brown came last week from Libya and Miss Bonnie Brown from Washington. D. C. to visit their father Henry Brown who is somewhat improved but still remains a patient in Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
On Sunday Mrs. W. R. Williamson and Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Johnson. Jr. of Sperryville visited Mrs. Williamson’s son-in-law and daughter. Mr. and Mrs. John N. Stant and family at their home in Oakton. going especially to celebrate Mrs. Slant’s birthday. Mrs. Williamson’s guests on Wednesday evening for a picnic-fishing party were the Rev. and Mrs. William Hargett and children of Washington.
John M. O'Bannon III of Richmond spent Saturday night with his parents while enroute to the wedding of a friend in Berryville Sunday.
