The payment rate for the first 20 percent diversion on small farms will be based on 20 percent of the estimated total county price-support times the farm’s projected yield on the 20 percent reduction. The remaining diverted acres will earn payment bases on 40 percent of the estimated total county price support times the farm’s projected yield. The entire base may be diverted from fped grain production on farms with
