The 1970 Rappahannock Hunt Point-to-Point is set for March 7, on the beautiful Blu$ Ridge race course of James W. Fletcher’s Thornton Hill Farm, 1V4 miles south of Sperryville on Route 522.

The unique wind-up of the Rappahannock Races, scheduled for 4:30 p.m., is the traditional Hound Race, typical of the county, the Piedmont area and their foxhunting inhabitants. No recognized hunt club hounds are eligible.
