Dr. Allen Speaks on

Planned Parenthood

The new monthly Information and Education (I&E) Program at the Rappahannock Library will get off to a fine start tomorrow night, Friday, May 22, 1970, at 8 p.m. at the Library, with Dr. Raymond B. Allen as the first speaker. Everyone is invited - there is no charge for this or any of the series.

Dr. Allen’s topic, which includes Planned Parenthood, is a timely one, and it should be very interesting to hear what is being done in this area by countries about which little information seeps through the Iron Curtain.

Reunion Scheduled

For 1940 Grads

The 1940 graduating class of Washington High School is planning a reunion on June 13, 1970. The dinner and reunion will be held at Amissville fire hall and begins at 7 p.m. DST. This thirtieth anniversary will be the first such affair since the class graduated. The reunion has been arranged by Robert B. Settle of Amissville and Pete Burke of Culpeper for the 18 members of the class. They have been unable to contact two members of that group--George Johnston and Charles Steinmentz. If anyone knows them or knows where or how they can be located, please contact Mr. Settle at Amissville.
