At the .-•dial meeting of the I Rappahannr* V County Board of , Supervisors (eld Friday, the proposed budget was approved, however, the tax rate was left at $4.10, the same as the previous year. An increase of five cents, to make the levy $4.15 had been anticipated, but balance in school funds made this unnecessary.
Other business of the meeting was the consideration of an ordinance regulating large assemblies. An ordinance drafted by the Commonwealth’s Attorney was heard, but no action was taken, and the matter was tabled until the next regular meeting.
