Rappahannock County fanned who are taking part in the feed grain and wheat programs are being reminded that early compliance and early certification will mean early payments this year. H. S. Barksdale, Chairman of. the Rappahannock County Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation (ASC) Committee, said that while farmed should certify compliance as soon as possible they also must understand that acreage certifications are not to be. made until they know they are in compliance with all program regulations. i When a participant in a 1970 I farm program certifies compliance, he certifies accurately to acreages in the program crops and to diverted acreage. He also certifies that be has complied with conserving base provisions, with regulations that apply if he has an interest in more than one farm, that the diverted acres on his farm are devoted to an approved ; conserving use, and that all other ; program requirements have been 'met. ’| As soon as a program
