Mrs. James W. Coates, Mrs. Dennis Wingfield and daughter, Cathy, spent Wednesday in Harrisonburg, Waynesboro and Staunton. Mrs. Coates also visited Madison College where she will be attending this summer. Mrs. Mary Bowlin of Fredericksburg spent several days last week with Mr. and Mrs. James A. Dodson. Wilson Dodson of Bladensburg, Md. was a weekend guest of the Dodsons.

Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hawkins visited Mrs. B. M. Varner in Winchester Memorial Hospital on Sunday. Hayden Codding of Centreville is spending this week with his grandparents while his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Codding are in Boston, Mass, on a business trip.

Mrs. Dennis Wingfield and daughters, Cathy and Denise, spent the weekend in Harrisonburg to attend the funeral of Mrs. Wingfield’s uncle, Paul Waggy.
Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Baldwin were Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Baldwin, Jr. of Manassas. Miss Mary Jane Morris of Charlottesville spent the weekend with Mrs. Frances Thornton.
