Mr. £r Mrs. Edward J. Parrish, formerly of Pelham, New York who bought the Stalter property near Rixeyville; Bob Sealock, a native Rappahannockan who came back home to get a beautiful hunk of land on Blackwater Creek which someday will be his restful roost in retirement; Richard S. Pittard who bought wooded acreage with a beautiful homesite from Farrell Nicholas. And to Mr. & Mrs. Charles Abramowitz who bought a part of the Liver man tract near Viewtown where they plan to build; The Messers. Anderson & Van Patten who bought the Parker track on 642 near Amissville where each plans to build and bring his family. Also to Mr. & Mrs. Vincent Edwards who are remodeling the old Castleton Store; and the James E. Gregorys who bought on 522 south of Woodville; and the Robert R. Minners who bought a building site near Alum Springs Church-in Culpeper County; and to the EdwardKramers of New York who bought Oak Shade from the John Armstrongs.
