James Leake, President of the Jaycees, assisted Santa is passing out the packages. Mrs. Leake and Connie and Brenda Jenkins helped decorate the tree. Several ladies of the county had provided Christmas greens and decorations. The Scotch pine tree given by Capt. Keim was a real beauty.
Mrs. James P. Jamieson, Chairman of the Library trustees sends a special thanks and a wish for a very Merry Christmas to all who contributed in any way to making this hour an event for the children and for the parents who broughttheir own and stayed to enjoyed the others.
