The Potomac Edison Company of Virginia of Luray, Virginia has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2, Section £-2 4 2-2-27 of the Zoning Ordi*nance of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
The above named applicant deaires to construct, erect and maintain a 138 KV transmission line from Riverton in Warren County to Boston in Culpeper County, Virginia, extending through Rappahannock County.
A hearing has been scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on December 30, 1970, In the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia.
The applicant and other interest parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at that time.
