Beauty Pageant Set

A Beauty Pageant sponsored by the Rappahannock Jaycee Chapter is scheduled for Friday, April 30, 1971 at 8 p.m. in the auditorium of Rappahannock County Elementary School Application for entry into the contest will be available through the local schools and will be sent parents of school age young ladies. Those who have pre-school children may obtain applications by calling after 5 p.m. 987-8177. The judging will be divided into four classes according to specified ages to be announced.
Entrants must be sponsored by a business establishment or individual and the entry fee is $3. Any firm may sponsor as 'many contestants as it wishes. A dress rehearsal will be held Thursday night before the pageant.
