Mr. Herbert Foster, Flint Hill, Virginia, was recently installed as a member of the Board of Directors of The Virginia State Horticultural Society, Staunton, Virginia. He will represent the fruit growers of the counties of Fauquier, Madison, Rappahannock, Warren, Accomack, King William, Lancaster, Middlesex, Northampton, Northumberland, Orange and Richmond counties on the Board of the Fruit Growers Trade Association, Mr. Foster is a leading businessman, fruit grower and farmer in Rappahannock County. He represented this same area on the Board of Directors of the Society in 1963-64-65.
