On Saturday, March 20, at four in the afternoon, Miss Linda Lee Schueler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey P. Schueler of Woodstown, New Jersey was united in marriage with James Anderson Gould, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wilson Gould of Arlington, Virginia. The ceremony, attended by the families and close friends, was held in the Aldersgate Methodist Church, Alexandria, with the Reverend John T. Hudson, Jr., cousin of the bride, officiating. The organist, Mrs. Mary Benson, of Alexandria played selections before the ceremony from Bach, Beethoven and . Handel. The Processional and Recessional were Trumpet Marches by Pascal. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a Victorian gown of white peau d’ framme made with fitted waistline, high collar, long bishop sleeves with wide cuffs fastened with tiny satin buttons.
