Amissville Ruritan Dinner April 3rd

The Amissville Ruritan Club is sponsoring a public supper scheduled for Saturday, April 3, 1971 at Amissville fire hall. The dinner will consist of old Virginia ham and turkey with all the trimmings and will be served from 5 until 9 p.m.

Farm Program

Under both the 1971 and 1972 farm programs, the set-aside acres on each farm must be of at least average productivity for the farm. This announcement from H. S. Barksdale, Chairman of the Rappahannock County Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation (ASC) Committee, provided farmers with a guideline for next year as well as this year.
