Bartenstein, Certified Land Surveyor, dated ,1964, an<1 recorded in Deed Book 62, page 130-131 of the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and being a part of the land- acquired by Wayne L. Hayes, et ux, herein by deed from William J Braumback, et ux, dated December 8, 1965, and recorded in Deed Book 85, page 335, of the Clerk’s Office aforesaid.
