Winchester to make up the new 17th Legislative District, which will be represented by two Delegates elected from the District at large Although the Federal Court has made certain changes in the re-apportionment plan adopted by the General Assembly neither the 17th nor the 25th Legislative Districts were affected I am sorry that the wonderful people in Rappahannock County will no longer be included in the District which I hope to represent, but I am pleased that Clarke, Frederick, and Winchester have been added to thTs District
Although it is not anticipated that the Legislature will return to Richmond before next January, I am available at anytime to help the people of this area in anyway that I can
