Mr. and Mrs. John Sheffield had as their guests for several days Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Harrell and son Mike of Eastham, Ga. and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Lloyd and two children of Macon, Ga.
Mrs. Vivian Yancey entertained 35 co-workers from Washington, D. C. at an office picnic held Saturday at her home here.

Spending the day at Lake Brittle near Warrenton Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Reid and family and Mr. and Mrs. Acrey Dodson accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Billy Dodson of Rixeyville.
A birthday party for Carolyn Dodson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dodson, was held Saturday at their home. Guests included Debbie and Barbara Gore, Gina and Garland Estes of Culpeper, Roger, Mark and Chris Hitt, Cheryl and Deryl Brown and Violet Scott.
