Mix salt pork and water, cool. Add molasses and sugar to salt pork mixture; blend well. Stir together dry ingredients; gradually add to pork mixture. Stir in raisins. Pour into greased and floured 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake in preheated 350° oven 45 to 55 minutes, or until done. Serve warm with Hard Sauce.
