The object of this suit is to patltion the real estate that Bessie J. Hiltt and William Presley Hitt, husband and wife, died seized and possessed olf. Said real estate consist of 2614 acres of land, more or less, located on the north, side of State Secondary Route 729, about one mile east of Laurel Mills as described by metes and bounds in the survey of John Boldridge C.L.S., dated March, 1929, as recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, iin Deed Book 36, page 146, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars. And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendants, Aldridge Junior Hitt, Incompetent, Newton D. Baker Veterans Adm. Hospital, Martinsburg, West Virginia; Charlotte Hitt, if living, or if she be dead, then her husband or widower, if any, and heirs, devisees and successors in title of the said Charlotte Hitt, daughter of Russell Hitt, deceased, whose wife and mother of the said Charlotte is bIso deceased, who left her home in Rappahannock County, Virginia, in or about the year of 1969, and has not been heard from since, who are made parties defendant by the general description of parties unknown; Edna Hitt Hoffman, 6330 Timmons Road, Memphis, Tenn.; Frances Settle, 320? Chillum Road, Apt. 301, Mt. Ranier, Maryland 20822’; Wilmer Smith, Parsons, Maryland; Lena Levitor, 8600 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20903; and Frank M. Smith, Dynalectrin Corp., B C - 16th T. C. B. N., 1st Cal. Div. Air, APO San Francisco, California 96490, are not residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that they do appear within ten days after due publication hereolf, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this county on or before the 13th day of July, 1971, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post-office address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate df the fact in the papers of this! case.
