The following .persons had a picnic at the Bing Crosby Stadium in Front Royal on Sunday: Mr. and Mrs. Albert Wines, Jimmy and Janet, Mr. and Mrs. Waldc Wines, Sandy and Gail, Mr. and Mrs. Stevie Foster and Davey, Mr. Ollie Wines and step-son, Mr. Mattie Wines of Chester Gap, Mr and Mrs. Bobby Chrisman and family, Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Wines and Bryan of Front Royal and Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Smott of Washington, Va. Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Williams returned last week from a vacation at Nags Head and Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. The Chester Gap Home Demonstration Club will meet Thursday, August 12 at 7:00 p.m. at the fire hall. All members are asked to come prepared to work on decoupage. Albert Williams returned to his home Monday after being a surgical patient in the Warren Memorial Hospital.
