The Thornhills continue to raise prize winning swine on their farm near Boston and C. G., David and Melanie have the ribbons and cups to prove it. They have been consistent winners in area swine shows during tire past several years and this year was no exception. From the Culpeper Farm Show last week C. G. brought home the gold trophy for the grand champion pen-of-three in addition to two other first place ribbons and two fourths. David received two thirds and a fourth place in the competition while Melanie, who showed for the first time this year, captured two seconds and a third. Not bad for a beginner. They are the children of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Thornhill. 5
