Real Estate Courses
The business department of Piedmont Vocational School located in Culpeper County in cooperation with the University of Virginia will offer two courses, one on Real Estate Appraisal and one on Real Estate Investments. The courses, taught by University personnel, will begin the week of September 20 and continue for ten weeks. They will meet one night per week for two hours with a total time allotment of 20 class hours. Cost of the course is $35. Anyone interested in taking one of these courses are asked to contact Piedmont Vocational School, Box 855, Culpeper, Va. or phone 825-0476. Plans are being formulated to offer a real estate course to enable people to become qualified salesmen in Virginia.
