Mrs. Betty Manning and twin daughters Barbara and Joanne of Oxon Hill, Md. spent several days last week with Mrs. Odessa Ficklin. Miss Phoebe Green has returned to her home after visiting Mr. and Mrs. James Barnes at Parksely, Va. and Dr. and Mrs. George Oliver in Machipongo, Va. Enroute home she visited Col. and Mrs. Phillip Miller in Williamsburg.
Mrs. Charlie Heflin of Maryland was an over night guest Monday of Mrs. John Poe.
Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Corbin of Manassas were visitors Tuesday of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Corbin and attended the funeral of Virginius Corbin. Others from out of town here for the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Bob Lamar and Mr. and Mrs. Bryant Corbin jr. of Manassas.
Mrs. Robert B. Settle accompanied Mrs. Robert Vetter to National Airport Sunday to meet her sister Mrs. Lois Hanson of San Diego, Calif, who is spending this week with Mrs. Veter.
