Mrs. Eilene L. Smith of Culpeper received her Masters degree in Education from the University of Virginia on August 14, 1971. Mrs. Smith, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert N. Lillard of Nethers, was a 1966 graduate of Madison County High School. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Madison College, Harrisonburg. Mrs. Smith will teach social studies and physical education at the fifth grade level in Culpeper this year. She is married to Ronald Smith of Etlan and they presently reside in Culpeper.
