Guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Wood at Sunny Slope were Mr. and Mrs. William R. Stickley of Reliance and all attended the Homecoming activities of the Methodist Church.

The Rev. and Mrs. Edward Pruitt and children Edward and Frankie of Mathews were guests from Thursday until Saturday of Mrs. Thelma Russell and overnight Saturday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Edward E. Clark. The Pruitts and Mrs. Russell were dinner guests Thursday evening of Mr. and Mrs. Carson Lillard. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Russell entertained the Pruitts Saturday at a picnic lunch. Mr Pruitt was the guest minister at the Methodist Church Homecoming service Sunday. Mr . and Mrs. Carl Howell and famny of Madison Heights spent the week-end with the latter’s parents Mr. and Mrs. Paul Miller. Week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Brady were Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Drane and children Mike and C^thy Sue of Lanham, Md., Mr. and Mrs. Clarence McCulloch of Fairfax and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brady of Arlington.

Quaintance is spending some time with his brother-in-law and sister Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wood. Mrs. Mary Botts Quaintance of Sperryville was a Monday evening supper guest of the Woods, Mr. Wood returned home Monday after undergoing surgery in Culpeper Memorial Hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson attended the reunion of the Rev. W. B. Dennis family at Slate Mills Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Williamson of Charleroi, Pa.; Dave Behrendt of Haymarket, the Gary Verling family of Rhoadesville and Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Smith of New Windsor, Md. were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Clark and Misty Hitt.

Mr. and Mrs. John Williams of Culpeper were Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Wayland.
