would direct his campaign during the absence of Dr. G. Tyler Miller, retired president of Madison College, who now is visiting relatives in Europe. Upon Dr. Miller’s return the campaign’s direction will be shared by the two. He added “It is particularly gratifying for my campaign to have the active leadership of two outstanding citizens, one a distinguished educator and the other a successful business leader.” Senator Aldhizer said "Their support and the support of many other citizens from whom I am hearing daily means much to me as I attempt to continue my efforts for effective representation of the people of our District. Changing economics and political patterns throughout the Commonwealth require as never before, experience and seniority in Richmond. I intend to use my experience and seniority for the best interests of all the people of our District.”
