The non-profit associaton was organized here in 1970 to bring the finest musical talent possible to the Culpeper County High School auditorium, where the concerts are held. Membership includes music lovers from Culpeper, Madison, Orange, Rappahannock and Fauquier counties. There are over 1,000 members who pay annual dues of $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for students or $25.00 for a family membership.

Concerts engaged for the coming 1971-1972 season are: The Stars of Jazz on November 13, 1971; the Paul Kuentz Chamber Orchestra on February 20, 1972 and the Jose Greco - Nana Lorca, Spanish Dance Troupe on March 15, 1972.

Membership cards for the 197172 season have been recently mailed to all subscribers by Mrs. Robert Lyell, headquarters secretary. If any member has notj received his card, or if any newcomer wishes to join the association, they are asked to contact Mrs. Lyell at the association headquarters in the Jefferson Savings and Loan Building in Culpeper or to telephone the office at 825-2056 or her home, 825-9605. A unique advantage of belonging to the nationwide community concert association is the privilege of reciprocity with any other association on a space available basis.
