The Rev. and Mrs. L. S. Crawford, Mrs. Irene Magarity, Mrs. Florence Desmond of Culpeper and some local friends are attending a Bible Study Course at the home of Mrs. Marcia Bullion under the leadership of Mr. Crawford on Wednesday evenings at 7:30. Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson, Mrs. Jewel Magarity and the Rev. John McKay were guests for dinner Sunday at the Holly House. The Misses Janet and Jean Payne are attending St. Anne’s School at Charlottesville. They are daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Payne. Mrs. James Falls and son Tim and Mrs. Clifton Clark attended the WMU fall workshop held at the Alum Spring Baptist Church Saturday. The Rev. and Mrs. B. G. Titchenell attended anniversary services Sunday at Point Pleasant Community Baptist Church, Point Pleasant, Pa. where Mr. Titchenell, former pastor, delivered the anniversary sermon. The Titchenells with Bobby and Sue were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Clymer. Mr. and Mrs. John Creel, daughter Gloria, and Mrs. Margaret Miller of Culpeper were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Wayland.
