Mr. and Mrs. Galley W. Smith, III and family, formerly of Virginia Beach, were Tuesday overnight guests of Mrs. G. W Smith, Jr. They were enroute to South Sioux City, Nebraska where they will reside. The following enjoyed a picnic Sunday at the Fire Hall: Mr. and Mrs. John Crist, Luray, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Marlow, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Mathews, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Price and family, Miss Carolyn Marlow, Miss Kathy Lucas, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Chandler, all of Front Royal and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Miller. Mr. and Mrs. Emory Russell spent Saturday in Williamsburg with their son Terry and attended the William and Mary - West Virginia football game. They were Saturday overnight guests of the Rev. and Mrs. C. Edward Pruitt at Mathews. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Welch, Jr. and children Shelia and Billy of Arlington were Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Labille. Mrs. Comer Smith of North Garden is the guest of her son-inlaw and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Smith.
