Friday, August 18,1972 at 10:00 o’clock, a.m. at the front door of the Courthouse in Madison, Virginia - Those two certain lots or parcels of land situated, lying and being at Nethers, in Robertson Magisterial District, Madison County, Virginia, and described as follows: (1 )-A lot of iy2 acres, more or less, with buildings and improvements thereon, situated, lying and being cm the south side of State Highway Route No. 787, at Nethers, Robertson Magisterial District, Madison County, Virginia, adjoining the said highway on the north, runs back a distance of 150 feet with the lands of Kenneth Dodson on the west and the lands of Mary Hudson on the east, and is bounded by the lands of Anna P. Dodson on the south. The above lot or parcel of land was the home property of Paul Nicholson at the time of his death and is the same real estate which was conveyed to him by Anna P. Dodson and Charlie Dodson by deed dated December 30, 1943, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Madison County, Virginia, in Deed Book 59, page 386. (2)-A lot of five (5) acres, more or less, situated south of State Highway Route No. 707, at Nethers, in Robertson Magisterial District. Madison County, Virginia, and south of the IV2 acre lot mentioned above, adjoining the lands pf Anna P. Dodson on the north, the lands of Robert Lillard on the west, the lands of Mary Hudson on the east and other lands of Anna P. Dodson on the south. Together with an easement and outlet, sixteen feet (16’) wide, along the line fence on the western line of the lands of Anna P. Dodson and the above IV2 acre lot or parcel of land. The above lot or parcel of land is an area which is situated between Paul Nicholson’s “front orchard” and his “back orchard ”, and is the same tract or parcel of land which was conveyed to Paul Nicholson by Charlie Dodson and Anna Dodson by deed dated September 11, 1951, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 67, page 364, and as corrected by a Deed of Correction, dated September 9, 1958, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 76, page 35. The lots above described are a portion of Tract No. 1 of ten (10) acres conveyed in the first abovementioned deed of trust. These lots are being sold in gros$ and not by the acre.
