The Rappahannock County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following requests on August 22, 1972 at 9:00 a.m. in the Court House Building, Washington, Virginia.

Robert J. Clatterbuck of Flint Hill, Virginia has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2, Section 22-11 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia. The above named applicant desires to operate an electrical and plumbing supply retail store, located north of Flint Hill on Route #522 located in Wakefield Magisterial District.

John F. Early of Amissville, Virginia has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2, Section 2-2-38 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia.

The above named applicant desires to permit Patrick Signs, Inc., Rockville, Md. to erect an illuminated sign on the property of Early's Carpet Sales & Service, located on Hwy. 211 located in Jackson Magisterial District.
